- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Enhance financial reporting processes and procedures.
- Manage all accounting activities, ensuring adherence to Swiss GAP FER / IFRS standards and maintaining robust internal controls.
- Monitor and control operating costs, optimize cost centre charges, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Oversee the preparation and management of the annual budget and rolling forecasts. Perform variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Improve billing processes and enhance revenue through effective control mechanisms for billing completeness.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial tools and software (e.g., SAP R3, PowerBI) to streamline operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial controlling.
- Fluent in English / other languages a plus
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and modern controlling practices.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software such as SAP R3, Excel, PowerBI, and COGNOS.
